Program overrides
The general guide says files are “generally” under 6 MB, while some transactions (for example notify-to-work AMR) enforce 2 MB and add Office formats.
How we handle it: UploadPrep targets the 6 MB general contract; check your transaction for a stricter override.
Filenames
File names may contain letters and numbers only — no spaces or special characters.
How we handle it: Rename to letters-and-numbers before uploading.
