Provenance and physical/print duality
The numeric window (≥240×320 px, ≤120 KB, JPEG at 300 dpi) appears on VFS’s own one-pager but could not be fetched directly, and the same document still asks applicants to glue a print to the paper form.
How we handle it: Marked secondary_verified rather than official; the digital window is enforced because the same document states smaller files are rejected outright.
