photo dimensions and format
The 2024 OYW guide says photos are at least 420 × 540 pixels and allows JPEG or PNG, while its current linked PR-photo specification requires 715 × 1000 through 2000 × 2800 pixels and formally lists JPEG.
How we handle it: UploadPrep uses the safer current intersection: JPEG between 715 × 1000 and 2000 × 2800 pixels, no larger than 4 MB.
