photo format wording
The formal digital-photo specification says JPEG/JPG, while the portal upload instructions also mention PNG for a professional digital photo.
How we handle it: UploadPrep outputs JPEG, which is accepted by both official instructions.
supported document format subset
The Permanent Residence Portal also accepts DOC and DOCX. UploadPrep prepares the official PDF, JPEG and PNG subset.
