The 2 MB per-attachment ceiling applies to most of these actions, but electronic appeals accept up to 20 MB per attachment.
How we handle it: Keep routine renewal and recordal attachments under 2 MB; raise individual appeal attachments toward 20 MB only inside the eAppeal form.
