    The ELSTER help centre states 36.91 MB total and 200 pages per attachment; the Saxon tax ministry page lists 14 MB total and 100 pages per attachment for the same formular family.

    How we handle it: Enforce the smaller published pair where they bite: keep each PDF at or under 100 pages and the combined set under 14 MB when possible; the registry stores the help-centre ceilings.
