Use the current THPT or recruitment-specific instructions. The former umbrella entry and old 400 × 600 guidance are not safe as a 2026 preset.

- The current consolidated examination rules require a recent citizen-ID-style photo file for the online route or two 4 × 6 cm prints for direct filing.
- The rules do not publish a current format, byte limit or pixel validator contract.
- THPT and civil-service recruitment are separate systems.
