    BRAVO accepts JPG, PDF or TIFF for the identity and address files, while the shared document model does not support TIFF.

  • Document page counts

    The manual says each file must be smaller than 5 MB but does not publish a page-count limit.

    How we handle it: UploadPrep uses a 10-page editor safety bound while enforcing the strict official byte ceiling.
