  • Image byte windows

    The previous cycle’s notification (AFCAT 01/2024) capped every image at 10–50 KB; the current 01/2026 notification raised the windows to 100–200 KB for the photograph, 80–150 KB for the signature and 50–100 KB for the thumb impression.

    How we handle it: This preset follows the current 01/2026 notification. The windows have moved between cycles, so re-check them against each new notification before applying.

  • Thumb impression format

    The notification accepts the thumb impression in JPG/JPEG and PDF formats; the other two uploads are JPG/JPEG only.

    How we handle it: This tool prepares a JPEG thumb impression, which the portal accepts in every cycle; no PDF assembly is needed.
