How to prepare it
- Start from the original photo or scan, not a screenshot of one.
- Press the thumb evenly so the ridges are visible without smudging.
- Do not add filters, borders or text — portals reject altered images.
Common reasons this gets rejected
- The file is larger than the 100 KB limit.
- The file is smaller than the 20 KB minimum, which some portals also reject.
- The file is not JPEG/PNG.
- Faint or pencil ink that does not survive scanning.
