Image byte ceilings
The current-cycle specification is consistently quoted as photograph under 30 KB and signature under 15 KB; older-cycle guidance quotes under 50 KB and under 30 KB.
How we handle it: This preset enforces the current strict ceilings, which also satisfy the looser historical numbers.
Populated images are frozen
Candidates who already appeared or passed intermediate have their photograph and signature populated automatically from the intermediate database and cannot change them through the form.
How we handle it: These preparation slots apply to fresh applicants whose images are not yet frozen.
