supporting document size limits
The official checklist gives 1 MB for constitution proofs. Since July 2024 several address documents — municipal khata, electricity bill, consent letter, property tax receipt — are widely reported as raised to 500 KB, which is a different limit for a different document set.
How we handle it: The 100 KB photograph cap is unchanged and is what this page enforces. Check the portal for the current limit on whichever supporting document you are uploading.
