How to prepare it
- Start from the original photo or scan, not a screenshot of one.
- Write the declaration on unlined white paper and photograph the whole sheet.
- Do not add filters, borders or text — portals reject altered images.
Common reasons this gets rejected
- The image is not exactly 800 × 400 px.
- The file is larger than the 100 KB limit.
- The file is smaller than the 50 KB minimum, which some portals also reject.
- The file is not JPEG.
- Faint or pencil ink that does not survive scanning.
