  • Signature byte window

    The bulletin gives two signature routes: camera capture resized to “20 – 100 Kb”, or a 200 dpi scan “less than 80kb”.

    How we handle it: UploadPrep targets the intersection — at least 20 KB and strictly under 80 KB — which satisfies either capture route.

  • Photograph pixel dimensions

    The bulletin’s annexure publishes framing rules (face ≥70–80%, white background) but no pixel grid; a coaching table adds 35×45 mm at 200 dpi.

    How we handle it: Only the framing and byte rules are enforced; physical print guidance is advisory.
