Preferred versus enforced pixels
The guidelines mark 200 × 230 and 140 × 60 pixels as “preferred” while the byte ranges are stated as binding limits.
How we handle it: Prepared files target the preferred frames inside the enforced byte windows.
Live photograph capture
Recent cycles additionally capture a live photograph through webcam or QR-coded mobile capture during form filling.
How we handle it: The scanned upload remains the prepared artefact; live capture happens inline once it is uploaded.
