How to prepare it
- Start from the original photo or scan, not a screenshot of one.
- Sign on plain white paper and photograph it straight-on in good light.
- Do not add filters, borders or text — portals reject altered images.
Common reasons this gets rejected
- The file is larger than the 20 KB limit.
- The file is smaller than the 10 KB minimum, which some portals also reject.
- The file is not JPEG.
- Faint or pencil ink that does not survive scanning.
