DPI versus pixel size
TNPSC states the photograph is 3.5 × 4.5 cm at "130 × 170 pixels" and separately that both images should be 200 DPI. At 200 DPI, 4.5 cm would be 354 pixels. The quoted pixel figures correspond to about 96 DPI.
How we handle it: We produce the explicit pixel sizes TNPSC states, since that is what an upload check measures. If your notification gives different numbers, follow the notification.
