Commercial resizer sites publish 216 × 108 pixels for the UPPSC signature. The Commission specifies 6 cm × 3 cm at 200 DPI, which is 472 × 236 — a different size and, unlike 216 × 108, matching the 2:1 shape it describes.
How we handle it: We use the Commission’s own figures. If a specific advertisement states something different, follow the advertisement.
