The guides confirm the colour photograph upload itself, while the exact numbers — 4 × 6 cm, minimum 200 × 300 pixels at a 2:3 ratio, JPG/JPEG between 40 KB and 100 KB, plain coloured background — were published through the committee’s official online socialisation and quoted identically by multiple national outlets.
How we handle it: This preset encodes those socialised numbers as the working contract and keeps the photo dimensions at secondary_verified until they appear in a downloadable guide.
Achievement-evidence size cap
The step-by-step SNBP registration guide caps one achievement-evidence upload at 2 MB in pdf/png/jpg, while the socialisation deck elsewhere references achievement files up to 100 MB through the achievements menu.
How we handle it: This preset follows the registration guide’s 2 MB cap for the evidence upload path.
Portfolio contents per programme
Arts and sports programmes define their own portfolio document types; the committee publishes a 100 MB maximum per portfolio file without a fixed format list.
