    Fact sheet STEP 5 reads “Attach scanned passport copy and passport photo (Size requirement 300 KB - 2MB)” without saying whether the range applies per attachment or combined.

    How we handle it: This preset treats the range as per attachment — the conservative reading, since a combined reading would only tighten the shared budget further.

  • File formats and print sizes

    The fact sheet states no file format; secondary sites disagree on print size (35×45 mm versus 37×52 mm).
