Photograph and signature formats
The live form caps the operator photograph and signature at strictly under 200 KB but does not publish their accepted file formats.
How we handle it: This preset prepares only the required PDFs, whose format and ceiling are explicit. Use the live form for the photograph and signature.
Required-document page count
The live form publishes a 5 MB PDF ceiling but no page-count limit for its three required documents.
