    The official instruction reads “the images of the documents should not exceed 4 MB” without stating whether the budget is per image or collective, and no file formats are published.

    How we handle it: The 4 MB ceiling is applied both per attachment and to the submission total — the only reading that satisfies either interpretation. JPEG/PNG outputs are offered since every observed channel accepts them.
