Unofficial byte ceilings
Third-party sites claim 4.5×5.0 cm prints and sub-50 KB JPG files; no byte or pixel figure appears on any official NYSC page — only the 2×2 inch frame, off-white background and visibility rules. The portal also collects a scanned signature whose size is likewise unpublished.
How we handle it: Only the officially stated geometry and background are enforced; no byte rule is invented, and the unbounded signature upload is deliberately left out of the structured slots.
