UCAS allows five uploads at a time with a hard cap of thirty documents across an application.
How we handle it: UploadPrep records the thirty-document cap; batch uploads in fives inside UCAS itself.
Accepted format subset
UCAS also accepts .doc, .docx and .odt files and explicitly rejects iPhone HEIC images and password-protected documents.
How we handle it: UploadPrep prepares PDF, JPEG or PNG; export Office files to PDF first and never protect them.
