How to prepare it
- Start from the original photo or scan, not a screenshot of one.
- Use a plain, evenly lit background with no shadow behind you.
- Leave a little space above the head — we crop to the required shape for you.
- Do not add filters, borders or text — portals reject altered images.
Common reasons this gets rejected
- The file is larger than the 6000 KB limit.
- The file is smaller than the 50 KB minimum, which some portals also reject.
- The file is not JPEG.
- A phone photo uploaded sideways because of its orientation tag.
- A patterned or dark background where a plain one is required.
