The current English Scan Documents page says each CEAC file may be up to 4 MB, while the Department of State’s current CEAC upload instructions still reject files larger than 2 MB.
How we handle it: UploadPrep uses the safe 2 MB intersection until the Department of State makes both official instructions consistent.
