FLAG accepts pdf, doc, docx, txt, xls and xlsx files.
How we handle it: UploadPrep prepares PDF, the format every FLAG flow accepts; convert Office files to PDF before uploading.
Large-file performance
The technical FAQs warn that files above 20 MB upload slowly even though the hard cap is 30 MB (30,000 KB).
How we handle it: The 30 MB cap is enforced as published; keep files under 20 MB when practical.
