Channel-specific ceilings
The Claim Status Tool caps files at 25 MB, while QuickSubmit accepts up to 200 MB per file and 30 documents per submission.
How we handle it: This preset targets the 25 MB Claim Status Tool contract, which every VA channel accepts.
Accepted format subset
VA also accepts GIF, BMP and TXT uploads that this editor does not produce.
How we handle it: UploadPrep prepares PDF or JPEG; convert other material to one of those first.
