Portrait photo byte ceiling
The legacy official portal printed “portrait photo smaller than 50 KB”; the current-cycle instruction published on gov.vn states a recent 4×6 cm JPG/JPEG under 2 MB.
How we handle it: This preset enforces the current 2 MB reading. A file that passes it also passes any looser ceiling, but applicants with very old saved files should re-export rather than assume the 50 KB cap still applies.
Passport data page scan limit
The legacy portal capped the passport data page image at 200 KB; no byte figure is published on the current instruction page.
How we handle it: No byte rule is encoded for the passport page until the current portal prints one; keep the scan small anyway.
